Two jaw surgery after V-line?

Is it possible to get two jaw surgery after you had V-line done? I was wondering what kind of complications would happen if you did two jaw after getting V-line done.
Has anyone ever done it before?
I have heard a lot of people. when getting two jaw, they get V-line along with it which is pretty smart hahah.
