Full Body Lipo in Jan 2018. Any experience with Korean Lipo?

I've never had plastic surgery before. I've been saving a lot of my money for the past year so I can finally change my body. First of all, I am 26 year old female, 126 pounds or 57kg and 5'3" or 162 cm. Although I'm not considered "fat", what I really am is skinny fat with a high body fat percentage.
