Two jaw surgery Infection

Hello guys this is urgent
I jus had two jaw ( aso )
It's been two weeks,swelling was going down slowly when suddenly something happened , n it's starting coming again ,doc says it's inflammation,taking tablets of it but it's coming more n more ,one side of my face is badly swellon n red ,
Any one experienced that ?
Please share ur suggestions I m so worried ,still in korea
