Guide for after Surgery.

I will be flying off to SK for my plastic Surgery in March 2018. I have my ticket and place booked. I am very excited

I am wondering that anyone of you can offer some tips or a small guide on what to prepare before surgery and what to do/not to do after surgery? It would be nice to hear from people who have their surgeries. This is help me and other people to prepare all the things we need in advance for our surgeries.
