Complications After Zygoma & Jaw Reduction?

I'm very interested in getting zygoma & jaw reduction (possibly genioplasty). However, I'm extremely SCARED of the possible complications afterwards...permanent nerve damage, skin sagging etc. I need to make a decision soon and I'm having the most difficult time.

For those of you who've had zygoma & jaw reduction, I would really appreciate if you would post your experience, the surgery center, name of the doctor and price. (photos would be a plus)
