nose tip plasty only

hi all, was wondering if anyone could help share their experience.
i have visted clinics and requested for only surgery to be done at the nose tip, to make it more prominent / longer.
has anyone seen good results in this? or it would be just a waste of money.
The clinics i have been to told me i had nice bridge high therefore i can choose to only revise the tip but the doctor would have to make my bridge less broad...
