Is it possible to get lower price than the price clinics usually charge foreigners if I go to a loca

Hi all!

I'd like to know if I go to local clinics that are not popular among foreigners with a korean friend to help with translation and bargaining the price, is it possible to get a lower price than the prices that clinics usually charge foreigners?

I am thinking about hiring my korean friend to do the translation and help bargain the price for me.

Anybody has any experiences?
