Kakao talk - how do I use it properly for PS research?

Hi everyone,

I have been following this forum. I will be going to Korea in Oct for plastic surgery and am very lost in terms of how to do the research to figure out which doctor and procedures would be best. I read on some forums that lots of info is on kakao talk. I have downloaded the app but I have no idea how to go about using it to find information. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
