Closed vs. Open for revision rhino

Hi everyone,

I may consider revision rhinoplasty a few years down the road. I think the current (silicone) bridge height is alright. My area of concern is refining the tip and fixing mouth protrusion. I think the answer that I found was septal extension graft where the tip is extended forward. This lessens the appearance of mouth protrusion because the area where the nose and upper lip meet is pulled forward.

My question is, is it possible to achieve all of this through closed rhino if I...
