Types of rhinoplasty

Could anyone offer advice on deciding what kind of rhinoplasty to get? (Making nose bigger)

I think there's the simpler kind where they just insert an implant without changing the shape of your nostrils, and the more complex kind where they actually do change your nostrils with the implant?

Does one look more natural than the other? The latter is more expensive.
